I believe that movement is medicine for the body, mind and soul. My intent with these sessions is to assist you in bringing a greatest sense of awareness to yourself as you connect your breath to your movement, in a safe and sustainable manner. In this initial session, we’ll spend the first 30 minutes talking about your goals and intentions for your practice. We’ll address any concerns or injuries at this time. From there, the remainder of the session will be spent being guided through the physical practice. I offer various types of styles of yoga such as: - Vinyasa - Hatha - Restorative - Strength and Conditioning (yoga with weights) You can decide on the style type beforehand and we can also make a decision together after getting to talk during our initial visit. The breath is an important aspect to the practice, so you can expect to move through guided breath techniques before, during and after each session. *All props (blocks, pillows, straps, ect) will be provided
